Design and Implementation
Design and Implementation includes new system design and existing system upgrades, with the consideration to minimize the impact on clients’ operations and down time while the system is installed or upgraded.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting is often necessary to eliminate weaknesses and bottlenecks in the company's network system. Troubleshooting is a continual process during the life of the Network system, SureLink can provide expertise to keep your system working properly.
System Certification
A certification
plan any company can implement. Bring your existing network and workstations
regardless of their current state to a protected, documented asset.
The most obvious reason for the Certification is to adapt to any
network in the future, and to assist in troubleshooting and repairing
the system as needed. The main benefit of this program is the development
of a documented, up-to-date manual of the existing network and capitol
assets.
Maintenance and Performance Testing
The Maintenance and Performance Testing Services will happen concurrently with all of the other Network Services. Maintenance and Performance procedures occur after the system has been deployed to maintain the system in the highest and most reliable state possible, and to adapt the system to the client’s needs.
